Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee business development and project proposals
• Manage laboratory testing operations efficiently
• Lead teams for Material Testing and Inspection
• Develop strategic business plans and budgets
• Attend industry conferences to build visibility
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in Material Testing
• Required technical degree/diploma/certificate
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• Ability to travel as required
• Consulting experience is advantageous
