In this critical role, you will lead a team responsible for structural repairs and refinishing of aircraft. Your strong expertise in composite and sheet metal repairs will guide the team in maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Effective scheduling, communication with stakeholders, and monitoring quality programs are vital to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of aircraft structures technicians
• Oversee planning for structural repair projects
• Ensure adherence to airworthiness and safety regulations
• Provide technical guidance on repairs and modifications
• Manage quality and maintenance programs for reliability
Requirements:
• Completion of aircraft maintenance post-secondary education
• Valid Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License, Category S
• Minimum 3 years’ recent supervisory experience in maintenance organizations
• Proficiency in composite and sheet metal repair techniques
• Ability to communicate in both English and French
