Join FCC as an Environmental Sustainability Specialist and enhance industry collaboration on sustainability strategies. Lead the implementation of critical climate adaptation plans.
In this permanent position, you'll work on various high-profile environmental projects with external stakeholders.
Your role will encompass mentoring others, providing governance recommendations, and maintaining sustainability policies. Engaging customer teams to integrate sustainability in processes will also be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate business processes for sustainability risks
• Mentor staff in best practices and performance
• Consult on governance and policy gaps
• Create and maintain sustainability policies
• Develop KPIs to track sustainability performance
Requirements:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or ESG credentials
• Minimum four years of related experience
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
