Key Responsibilities:

• Assist on “First Time Build” processes and issue reporting

• Monitor performance with MESWeb and suggest enhancements

• Provide guidance to team members with troubleshooting

• Conduct research for new operating policies in engineering

• Create detailed Process Assembly and panelization documents

Requirements:

• College diploma in Engineering or relevant field

• Background in manufacturing process analysis

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies

• Strong technical documentation abilities

• Capability to lead engineering changes and quality circles
