Your role involves planning, executing structural surveys, and creating detailed repair specifications. Engage closely with engineering and service teams to enhance operational support. Responsibilities encompass coordinating with certification authorities and documenting findings for effective communication with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and plan periodic surveys and related inspections
• Review technical documentation and manage work scopes
• Investigate and report on vessel damage
• Implement process improvements using insights from surveys
• Organize and assist in the preparation of docking specifications
Requirements:
• 2 or 3-year marine diploma or equivalent certification
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience working as a Marine Surveyor
• Background in vessel maintenance to military standards
• Strong communication abilities
