Position: FPGA Verification Engineer for 4G/5G Systems
Join a leading project as an FPGA Verification Engineer focusing on 4G and 5G technologies. This onsite role in Ottawa emphasizes hardware and system-level development.

This contract spans 12 months with significant extension potential, making it a pivotal role for candidates experienced in FPGA design and validation. You will work onsite in Ottawa, implementing advanced architectures for modern radio systems and ensuring compliance with industry specifications. The role offers an exciting chance to shape wireless technologies and mentor emerging engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectures for 4G/5G Radio Units

• Optimize FPGA resource utilization and ensure timing closure

• Execute verification plans using UVM methodologies

• Conduct simulation and rigorous FPGA validation

• Collaborate closely with software and hardware teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years in FPGA design for high-speed systems

• Expertise in signal processing and high-speed protocols

• Experience with Quartus, Vivado, and HDL Coder

• Proficient in Git for version control management

• Understanding of O-RAN ecosystem and industry standards
