C-UAS Systems Integration Engineer

ADGA Group is looking for a skilled Systems Integration Engineer to tackle the Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C-UAS) project. This role requires strong collaboration, system design, and integration skills in a hybrid work environment.

As a key member of ADGA Group, you will focus on developing and implementing advanced defence systems. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in system integration and a background in C4

ISR systems, you will ensure that C-UAS capabilities meet operational and security standards. Your technical expertise will be essential in bridging operational requirements with innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders on C-UAS technical requirements

• Participate in national and international standards Working Groups

• Develop integration strategies for LC5

ISRT capabilities

• Design verification and validation procedures

• Ensure software meets performance and security standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Software, Systems or similar)

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada

• 5+ years as a System Engineer in Military C4

ISR systems

• 8+ years in system integration and lifecycle management

• Familiarity with aviation and robotics is a strong asset
