This position entails high-level responsibilities, including defining specifications for analog IP such as filters and high-speed interfaces. You'll work closely with architects and multi-site teams to influence product direction and ensure successful silicon integration.
Your role will encompass design reviews, modeling strategies, and mentoring junior colleagues in best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture for high-performance analog IP
• Drive system-level design in complex SoC environments
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Review and develop Verilog-A behavioral models
• Direct silicon characterization and laboratory evaluations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years in analog and mixed-signal IC design
• Strong foundation in device physics and circuit theory
• Experienced with Cadence tools and scripting
• Proven ability to collaborate in global teams
