Chemical Waste Technician Position

As a part of our Industrial Waste Division, we require a Chemical Technician committed to promoting safety and compliance. The successful candidate will engage in waste identification, documentation, and emergency response tasks. You'll also participate in daily safety meetings while handling hazardous materials professionally and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Conduct inspections of stored waste materials

• Identify and package hazardous chemicals

• Load and transport materials according to safety standards

• Collect samples and provide analytical support

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Chemistry or relevant field

• 3 years of similar experience in the industry

• Valid Class G driver's license required

• Ability to secure Reliability level security clearance

• Knowledge of Ontario Environmental Regulations is advantageous
