In this influential position, you will oversee the planning and execution of multi-phase projects throughout Canada. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed Project Management Plans and ensuring project delivery aligns with budget and governance standards. Additionally, you will mentor technical teams and build strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct complex project planning and execution regionally

• Craft and implement effective Project Management Plans

• Manage budgets, schedules, and project governance

• Mentor engineering managers and project engineering teams

• Strengthen client partnerships and explore innovation opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years in project management in mining/industry

• Track record of delivering EPCM projects successfully

• Engineering degree (P.Eng. preferred) or diploma

• Expertise in risk management and stakeholder communication

• Bilingual English/French is advantageous
