Take the next step in your career as a Senior Business Development Manager with CAE, leading initiatives that enhance safety and operational readiness in a hybrid work environment. Your skills will be pivotal in navigating complex client relationships.
You will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding annual sales goals while identifying market opportunities for CAE's Defence & Security division. Building and maintaining client relationships and leading cross-functional teams for effective capture strategies are key in this role. Collaboration with engineering teams will drive the development of innovative approaches to meet client needs, particularly in the Naval domain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve annual order intake targets over $50M
• Identify and nurture client and partner relationships
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in capture strategy
• Support and guide contract processes from bid to delivery
• Innovate client solutions and presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields
• 12+ years of Defence and Security industry experience
• At least 6 years in Canadian defence procurement
• Strong understanding of UAS and military operations
• Eligibility to maintain NATO SECRET Security Clearance
