Position: Senior Estimator Needed

This role is designed for an experienced estimator who will influence project outcomes through accurate costing and collaborative communication with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, and guiding the development of junior staff. As a crucial player in the team, you will drive both project success and improve internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain and review tender documents effectively

• Perform quantity calculations for tender items

• Liaise with clients and subcontractors for relationship building

• Manage risk assessments and project specifications

• Conduct 2D and 3D digital take-offs expertly

Requirements:

• Certified Engineering Technologist or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 15 years in infrastructure estimating

• Proven leadership experience with junior staff

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation software

• Strong analytical and communication skills
