Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Schematics: Update existing and create new electrical schematics for instrumentation and controls wiring, junction boxes, control panel layouts, cable assemblies, and other electro‑mechanical drawings.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure comprehensive design considerations, covering Instrumentation, Controls, Production, and Projects.
- Design Ownership: Take ownership of the design of various Junction Box, Rack, Chassis, and Panel assemblies.
- Drawing Configuration: Understand drawing configuration and revisions, ensuring proper file administration during drawing development.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to internal drawing generation and control procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
. - Knowledge of AutoCAD Dynamic Blocks is an asset.
- Technician level diploma in an electrical program or similar with courses in AutoCAD.
- 4+ years of experience in a drafting office, or an equivalent combination of training and experience with a focus on Electric all drafting.

Pay range: CDN $60,000-$75,000
We believe the posted salary range reflects the full scope and career progression potential of the role. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, technical expertise, and alignment with the position requirements, while also considering internal equity and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will vary based on an individual's skills and experience. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus & benefits.
