CNL seeks a Mechanical System Specialist with 5-10 years of experience in mechanical operations and maintenance. Your expertise in HVAC, steam, and utilities systems will be pivotal for enhancing long-term asset performance. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing repair projects, and collaborating with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operation of mechanical systems

• Respond to urgent system issues and direct repairs

• Prepare and approve work packages for maintenance

• Manage maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle projects

• Develop preventive maintenance and asset management plans

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in a related field

• 5-10 years in mechanical systems maintenance

• Experience with HVAC and utilities distribution

• Proficient in maintenance planning and project oversight
