Position: Field Support Engineer for AI & Robotics
Join INVEST OTTAWA as a Senior Field Support Engineer focusing on AI and Robotics at Area X.O. Engage in versatile projects that challenge your technical skills in real-world applications.

As part of the Robotics, AI, and Unmanned Systems team, you'll perform onsite engineering for cutting-edge technologies.

This role offers the chance to work with diverse projects involving test setups and client demonstrations, where no two days are the same. Your contributions will directly support advancements in autonomous systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment for autonomous vehicle validation

• Integrate imaging sensors for detection performance

• Report network KPIs for connected trials

• Innovate custom solutions for testing environments

• Provide support for drone and vehicle projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or Computer Science

• 5 or more years of relevant field experience

• Proficient in Python and another scripting language

• Experience with network protocol configuration

• Understanding of robotics testing workflows
