This position, reporting to the Managing Principal, requires you to oversee projects from inception to completion. You’ll coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with client expectations and industry standards.

Your role will focus on producing high-quality designs and maintaining exceptional project quality throughout the design and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients to determine project scopes and requirements

• Prepare detailed electrical design layouts and specifications

• Conduct site reviews and oversee construction administration

• Ensure projects comply with relevant standards and codes

• Mentor emerging engineering talent to cultivate skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum of 15 years experience in engineering or design

• Valid P.Eng. registration in Ontario and/or Quebec

• Bilingualism in French an asset

• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
