Key Responsibilities:

• Lead calibration for RF and electrical testing equipment

• Manage technician teams for timely service delivery

• Develop and sustain calibration protocols and standards

• Train personnel on calibration techniques and equipment

• Adhere to safety and service requirements on-site

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in RF and electrical metrology

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Strong organizational ability in a technical environment

• Knowledge of various calibration equipment

• Willingness to travel for on-site calibrations
