Position: Exterior Lighting Design Engineer Role
Join our team as an Exterior Lighting Design Release Engineer, leading the development of innovative lighting systems for vehicles. This vital role focuses on headlamps, tail lamps, and signaling devices throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

As an Exterior Lighting Design Release Engineer, you will be the primary technical point of contact, responsible for meeting performance, cost, and quality targets. Your expertise will guide cross-functional collaboration across Styling, Electrical, Manufacturing, and more, ensuring designs comply with regulatory requirements. With your background in automotive exterior lighting, you will support prototyping and validation, resolving engineering challenges seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of exterior lighting systems

• Own design release in PLM systems like Teamcenter

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success

• Manage supplier development and design reviews

• Drive DFMEA and engineering validation activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 3+ years in automotive exterior lighting

• Experience in design release engineering processes

• Knowledge of CAD tools like CATIA

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
