In this senior position, you will guide a local design team focused on high-speed analog circuits for memory PHY IPs. Candidates should have significant experience in analog IC design along with a proven track record in transistor-level design. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving design quality and meeting performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for schematic design teams

• Design and optimize high-performance mixed signal circuits

• Collaborate with layout teams to minimize parasitic effects

• Develop comprehensive simulation and verification strategies

• Present and document circuit trade-offs and design strategies

Requirements:

• PhD with 5+ years or Master’s with 8+ years in IC design

• Strong expertise in CMOS design fundamentals

• Experience with DDR and Ser Des sub-circuits

• Skilled in SPICE simulations and reliability considerations

• Familiarity with advanced process nodes and digital design interaction
