Nanowave Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced RF Engineer with a robust focus on frequency synthesizer, PLL, and DDS designs. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of industry experience and be capable of developing and testing RF designs while programming microcontroller or FPGA-based control boards. Expertise with Altium Designer is required to ensure successful RF PCB design and implementation.

• Design and optimize low‑phase‑noise RF sources
• Execute thorough laboratory testing and troubleshooting
• Maintain compliance with MIL STD documentation
• Work alongside a talented and diverse team of engineers

• Over five years of RF design experience
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
• PhD preferred with focus on signal source technology
• Eligible for CGP registration
• Must be able to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
