In this senior role, reporting to the Manager of Municipal Engineering, you will steer Traditional Business Projects across Canada. You’ll manage civil roadway designs, incorporate multi-disciplinary data, and provide mentorship to junior engineers. This position demands expertise in highway engineering, technical oversight, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead civil roadway projects from inception to completion

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers

• Prepare technical reports and design documentation

• Review quality of Civil 3D designs and plans

• Conduct site inspections for design assignments

Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with 12+ years' experience

• Expertise in highway engineering and consulting environments

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license and vehicle access
