Key Responsibilities- Design retaining earth structures across various engineering stages
- Conduct inspections on earthfill retaining structures
- Prepare technical specifications and plans
- Manage major projects within the geotechnical group
- Mentor engineers and technicians in qualified growth
- Bachelor's degree in civil or geological engineering
- Robust experience in dam design and inspections
- Proven project management skills
- Leadership and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
