• Oversee structural design of bridge projects
• Analyze and design systems with advanced software
• Lead competitive proposal development
• Mentor and guide junior engineering team members
• Coordinate studies and construction services

• At least five years of experience in bridge engineering
• Knowledge of regional codes, environmental studies
• Competence in structural design software and systems
• Proven leadership and client interaction skills
