• Design earthfill dams and retaining structures
• Conduct inspections of earthfill structures
• Prepare plans and technical specifications
• Provide technical support during construction
• Conduct risk assessments and dam safety reviews

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or geological engineering
• Strong experience in earthfill dam design
• Experience in multidisciplinary projects
• Leadership and teamwork skills
• Project management experience
