Drive innovation in high-speed analog circuit designs as a Lead Analog Circuit Engineer with Synopsys. Your expertise in SPICE simulations and circuit verification will enhance cutting-edge technology.
At Synopsys, you'll be part of the elite Solution IP R&D team, where your role will involve crafting specifications for DDR, LPDDR, and HBM analog circuits. A strong command of collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with layout and verification engineers to ensure the highest performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define specifications for high-speed analog circuits
• Create transistor-level designs for diverse applications
• Collaborate effectively with layout and verification teams
• Present design analyses to stakeholders during reviews
• Document solutions comprehensively and advocate clarity
Requirements:
• PhD with 6+ years or Master’s with 8+ years in analog design
• Knowledge of CMOS and FinFET design processes
• Experience with high-speed components and tooling
• Strong understanding of ESD strategies and reliability
• Skills in scripting for design automation
