As a Senior Bridge Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the Transportation team. This position demands strong skills in project management, bridge design, and mentoring junior engineers. You will collaborate across disciplines to achieve sustainable project objectives and contribute to business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage planning and design of bridge projects
• Prepare design specifications for new and existing structures
• Conduct analysis and design calculations per regulations
• Lead projects while coordinating technicians and engineers
• Review technical documents for construction tenders
Requirements:
• P.Eng. registration in Ontario
• 10+ years in bridge design and rehabilitation
• Experience with MTO, municipalities, and Cities
• Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis software
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
