FPGA Senior Principal Consultant Position

Drive innovation as a Hardware Senior Principal Consultant with expertise in FPGA design. This onsite role focuses on leading projects and developing solutions for 4G/5G Radio Units.

In this 7-month position, you will tackle complex problems while providing strategic insights that align with industry trends. Your responsibilities will encompass FPGA IP architecture development, system-level design fulfilling 3

GPP and O-RAN specifications, and integration with Radio Unit teams. You will also optimize resource utilization in RTL blocks and work closely with software teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop FPGA IP architecture for 4G/5G Radio Units

• Implement complex RTL blocks and integrate into systems

• Define verification plans and execute testing using UVM

• Perform system-level FPGA validation and simulations

• Mentor junior engineers in technical reviews

Requirements:

• 7+ years of FPGA design experience in wireless systems

• Expertise in /LTE/eCPRI/CPRI/PTP protocols

• Knowledge of UVM and verification methodologies

• Familiarity with high-speed communication standards

• Contributions to technical forums or standards bodies
