This is an entry-level role where you'll collaborate with R&D to streamline new product introductions at VIAVI Solutions Canada ULC. As part of the FOPLT Business Unit, you'll be integral to enhancing manufacturing processes and ensuring product quality. You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve operations during product life cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in designing and implementing manufacturing processes
• Conduct validation and verification activities for product quality
• Support NPI transfer from R&D to production in Asia
• Analyze production data for continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain essential manufacturing documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering from accredited institution
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles and process control
• Experience with CAD software like Solid Works
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
