The Field Service Supervisor will manage the Senior Service and Service Technicians while executing essential maintenance of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the commissioning of Storage Power Blocks

• Coordinate maintenance tasks and technicians on site

• Ensure compliance with Long Term Service Agreements

• Diagnose and troubleshoot energy system equipment

• Document work orders and standard procedures

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• At least 5 years of service experience; leadership preferred

• Familiarity with energy storage and medium voltage systems

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

• Calm and professional under pressure
