Ciena is hiring a Principal Analog Circuit Designer to innovate in high-speed optical technologies. You will play a pivotal role in designing advanced analog circuits and interfacing them with optical systems. Candidates should possess a Master's degree and more than seven years of relevant experience in analog circuit design, with significant proficiency in utilizing design tools and methods for complex problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-speed analog circuit design in CMOS/BiCMOS

• Design ADC circuits interfacing with optical components

• Evaluate and recommend circuit topology solutions

• Collaborate on defining circuit specifications

• Characterize analog circuits in a laboratory environment

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering

• 7+ years experience in CMOS/BiCMOS circuit design

• Proficient in Cadence, Calibre, STAR-RC tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with mm-wave analog circuit designs
