As a specialist in this role, you will analyze land use implications while collaborating on environmental investigations. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and coordinate land use planning responses
• Prepare and evaluate tendering specifications
• Conduct studies on environmental implications
• Coordinate smaller studies and manage major projects
• Engage in public consultation and presentations
Requirements:
• Knowledge of environmental engineering or urban planning
• 4-6 years of relevant planning experience
• Proficiency in GIS and technology applications
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with contract administration processes
