In this pivotal role, you will leverage your engineering expertise to enhance production capabilities and ensure compliance in all manufacturing activities. Your responsibilities will include root cause analysis, testing products, conducting PFMEA, and supporting PSO and PPAP activities. The position focuses on implementing effective controls and processes to advance both new and revised products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve production problems through root cause analysis

• Test new products and conduct inspections at production stages

• Develop and update manufacturing procedures and documentation

• Conduct PFMEA to prevent manufacturing issues

• Supervise and train employees for improved performance

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Education in Mechanical, Process, or Electrical Engineering

• Strong Manufacturing Engineering experience in aerospace preferred

• Knowledge of PFMEA and Continuous Improvement practices

• Familiarity with GD & T standards

• Experience with ISO 9001:2000 or AS9100 is an asset
