Position: HS&E Advisor for Telecommunication Projects
Lead health and safety initiatives as an HS&E Advisor with Ledcor in Central Canada.

Your role focuses on implementing safety programs and conducting thorough inspections on telecommunication projects.

As an HS&E Advisor, you'll provide essential support to field supervisors and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Your expertise in Job Hazard Analysis, risk assessment, and safety training will contribute significantly to project safety. Collaboration with the HS&E team and operational staff is crucial as you drive continuous improvement in health and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct work area inspections and discuss potential issues

• Provide advice and training on HS&E related topics

• Support development of safety procedures and regulations

• Build relationships with clients and suppliers

• Verify and update HS&E plans according to project changes

Requirements:

• 3+ years in construction or telecommunications safety

• Valid driver's license and abstract required

• Certificate or diploma in occupational health and safety

• Experience in risk assessment and program development

• Strong communication and computer skills
