Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture direction for Ethernet and OTN ASIC development

• Interface with verification and design teams throughout projects

• Architect and model ASIC and IP system designs

• Develop and mentor your engineering team effectively

• Foster teamwork and open communication among departments

Requirements:

• MSEE with 8+ years or BSEE with 10+ years in ASIC development

• In-depth knowledge of Ethernet, UALink, and OTN

• Proficient in System Verilog, VHDL, and verification methodologies

• Experience with Unix/Linux and version control systems

• Proven track record in delivering constructive performance feedback
