In your role as a Lead Engineer, you will participate in the Strategic Radio Capability project with ADGA Group. Your overview of antenna structures will ensure integrity and performance for military applications. With 10+ years of experience, you will engage in every aspect from design to system testing and coordination with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and assess antenna structure documentation and designs
• Recommend enhancements for performance issues in antenna systems
• Conduct technology evaluations and integration testing
• Generate technical documentation for procurement processes
• Manage compliance for antenna systems
Requirements:
• 10+ years in antenna structure engineering
• Recognized degree in engineering or IT required
• Proven experience in high-value technical project documentation
• Solid background in satellite antenna infrastructure
• Valid Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance essential
