Join Northrop Grumman as an Engineering Test Technician 4 in Northridge, CA.

As a vital part of the AARGM program, you will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting complex systems. This position emphasizes collaboration with engineering and operations teams to ensure projects remain on track. Engaging directly with advanced instrumentation, you will carry out precise tests while troubleshooting issues that arise during production. This full-time position requires on-site availability, with potential second-shift work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze failures that occur at the system level
• Utilize oscilloscopes, analyzers, and other equipment for testing
• Conduct tests in compliance with ATPs or technical memos
• Interface with teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Record data using log files and scripts to diagnose failures
Requirements:
• 6+ years of system troubleshooting and testing experience
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical schematics
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Active US Government DoD Secret security clearance
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications
