Position: ASIC Design Engineer VLSI Team NVIDIA

Key Responsibilities:

• Design standard cell libraries and custom ROM modules

• Conduct transistor level circuit modeling and analysis

• Verify new ROM designs and establish effective flows

• Develop simulations for comprehensive design evaluations

• Share insights for improving design quality and tools

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering

• Over 3 years of relevant experience

• In-depth understanding of circuit libraries and ROMs

• Experience in SPICE simulations and debugging

• Familiarity with scripting languages like Tcl and Perl
