Lead innovative aseptic manufacturing projects with Pillar5 Pharma as a Senior Aseptic Filling Engineer. This role emphasizes complex capital projects in sterile ophthalmic operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Pillar5 Pharma is searching for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to spearhead the implementation of new aseptic manufacturing capabilities. You will manage projects from concept through commercial production while ensuring compliance and operational performance. Your work includes coordinating with Quality, Validation, and Operations teams for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering projects for aseptic filling and packaging systems

• Manage project phases: scope, budget, and scheduling

• Develop project plans aligned with quality and regulatory standards

• Prepare engineering documentation including URS and SOPs

• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting for aseptic systems

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

• At least 10 years in regulated manufacturing environments

• Strong aseptic filling and GMP knowledge

• Experience with project management and capital projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
