We are seeking an individual with 3-5+ years of experience in construction permitting or project management. You'll be the bridge between Permit Flow and our clients, guiding them through the intricacies of the permit lifecycle while ensuring that all applications are processed accurately.

Your role will include not only oversight of operations but also team development to empower junior members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as customer point of contact for permit updates

• Oversee all phases of permit application processes

• Produce and present reports on application progress

• Expedite permit approvals by liaising with authorities
