In this pivotal role, you will manage system and rack-level integration within NPI environments. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to ensure engineering deliverables align with manufacturing processes and materials are available for production. We are looking for a proactive leader who can effectively navigate challenges and drive projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee engineering deliverables from integration to production ramp
• Align validation processes across engineering and manufacturing functions
• Prepare all departments before pre-production builds
• Track progress on manufacturing process development activities
• Triage issues affecting build execution and timelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's in relevant engineering disciplines
• Extensive experience in hardware integration and NPI
• Proven skills in leading cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving capabilities in manufacturing
• Ability to drive clarity and ownership across functions
