Land Development Engineer

This role within Stantec’s Community Development team involves working on diverse projects focusing on urban and rural development. You'll conduct detailed engineering analyses, interface with clients, and lead project specifications while assisting in the permitting process. Your input in project coordination will be crucial for timely completion and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project documents and prepare construction specifications

• Conduct construction inspections and support civil team during projects

• Facilitate coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders

• Engage in constructability reviews and quality assessments

• Mentor and support junior staff in project tasks

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer license

• Minimum 5 years of experience in land development

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

• Strong problem-solving and creative skills

• Excellent time management proficiency
