In this senior role with Ciena, you will influence the architecture, design, and verification of high-speed analog and mixed-signal transmitter circuits. Collaborate with management, systems designers, and lab teams to ensure product specifications are met while exploring circuit topologies. Your expertise will be vital in delivering designs through GDSII integration and driving performance simulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own schematic design and post-layout verification for transmitter circuits

• Collaborate across teams to evolve architecture based on requirements

• Drive validation of performance across various conditions

• Conduct root-cause analysis of design issues and implement solutions

• Maintain performance tracking aligned with project goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 10+ years of experience in high-speed Ser Des design

• Proficiency with Cadence and related tools

• Strong communication skills for team collaboration

• Experience with transmitter circuit blocks and validation strategies
