As part of the Aerospace Research Centre, you'll oversee aircraft maintenance, coordinating schedules and supervising Engineers and technicians. Your experience managing projects and adhering to safety standards will be critical while working with cutting-edge technology.
Your role directly supports the NRC’s contributions to national defence priorities, making a real impact on aerospace innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance schedules
• Inspect and certify aircraft according to regulations
• Supervise Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and technicians
• Coordinate modifications and research project installations
• Manage aircraft technical records and logistics for deployments
Requirements:
• AME “M1” licence issued by Transport Canada
• Significant experience in heavy maintenance and modifications
• Familiarity with flight operations
• Experience in managing multiple maintenance projects
• Knowledge of safety regulations in aviation
