Mm-Wave IC Engineer

We are seeking motivated individuals for full-time positions in integrated circuit design focused on 5G and advanced wireless technologies. Candidates with a principal-engineer mindset are encouraged to apply. You will be responsible for simulations, layouts, and hands-on testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional design performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform IC simulations and optimizations using Cadence and ADS

• Own complete design schematic for complex Mm-Wave layouts

• Develop architecture for critical blocks, such as LNAs and PAs

• Conduct laboratory testing and characterization of integrated circuits

• Collaborate with design teams and customers to define performance needs
Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Ph.D. preferred)

• 3–5 years of RFIC/Mm-Wave design experience preferred

• Proven track record in successful IC tape-outs

• Deep knowledge of RFIC design and EDA tools

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
