Key Responsibilities:
• Outline and implement transceiver micro-architecture strategies
• Guide junior engineers through compliance and quality tasks
• Conduct detailed peer reviews of design processes
Requirements:
• Ph.D. in electrical engineering or closely related experience
• Architected transceivers with 100 GBPS or higher in past roles
• Proficient communication and adept documentation skills required
• Experienced in link budgeting and modeling for optimal performance
• Direct experience with silicon validation teams
