This role is perfect for a designer looking to grow their career in a leading Canadian engineering firm. You will leverage your expertise in structural design while preparing detailed plans for bridges and civil structures. Key responsibilities involve collaborating closely with engineers and project managers to deliver coordinated and high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed designs and drawings for bridges
• Develop preliminary and detailed design packages
• Collaborate on coordinated design solutions
• Assist in cost estimates and constructability reviews
• Participate in design reviews and apply feedback
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Experience in bridge or civil structure design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar
• Knowledge of Canadian design codes and standards
• Strong detail orientation and teamwork skills
Use your design skills to make impactful contributions to WSP’s transportation infrastructure projects.
