Job Summary

SiTime is looking for a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join a talented analog design team developing advanced clock and timing products. This role focuses on designing high-performance CMOS circuit blocks for precision clocking applications. You will collaborate with highly experienced industry professionals, gaining opportunities to learn, innovate, and contribute to SiTime’s ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

Design analog and custom digital CMOS circuits for high-performance timing products.

Prepare technical design reviews and documentation.

Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams, including layout, digital, system design, and validation.

Test, debug, and characterize prototypes in the lab.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering

3+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design

Experience with CMOS and/or BiCMOS analog design

Good understanding of integrated circuit design, device physics, and process technology

Knowledge of analog circuit fundamentals, noise theory, and phase-noise concepts

Familiarity with Cadence analog/mixed-signal simulation tools

Understanding of analog/mixed-signal design flow, simulation methods, and design rules

Hands-on experience with lab testing and characterization

The annual base salary range for this role is $CAD
96,. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.
