Position: Mechanical Designer with Global Impact

As part of Mitel, you'll leverage your mechanical engineering talents to analyze product failures and refine designs for better performance. This role requires a deep understanding of mass production, consumer products, and hands-on experience in various modeling techniques. Your ability to partnership with multi-discipline teams will be crucial in executing efficient designs and maintaining schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sourcing strategies with suppliers

• Analyze design trade-offs and make recommendations

• Oversee tooling review processes

• Maintain accurate CAD data and support designs

• Collaborate effectively across functions globally

Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or related field

• 5–7 years' experience in product design

• Solid understanding of GD&T and tolerances

• Basic knowledge of PCB components

• Able to manage prototypes and collaborate with teams
