Join Boeing Canada Operations as a Technical Service Analyst situated in Ottawa, Ontario. Leverage your technical skills and experience with the Canadian Chinook helicopter program.
In this role, you'll apply your 4+ years of technical maintenance experience to support engineering requests and scheduled maintenance. You will assess performance metrics, ensure proper documentation, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Your initiative and problem-solving abilities will be essential as you coordinate efforts within Engineering and Integrated Logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for technical requests on CH147 fleet
• Coordinate engineering planning for maintenance activities
• Identify performance metrics and conduct assessments
• Develop technical writing documentation for airworthiness
• Oversee quality documentation for logistics support
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical maintenance
• University degree in related engineering discipline
• Eligible for Canadian Secret Level II clearance
• Customer-service mindset and strong leadership skills
• Detailed understanding of engineering principles
