Telesat, a leader in satellite communications for over 55 years, seeks an experienced Senior Engineer for its LEO satellite operations. You'll integrate systems, develop products, and oversee both SOC testing and implementation into SCS systems.

Your role ensures operational excellence and reliability as we prepare to revolutionize broadband connectivity by 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integration of Satellite Control Systems (SCS)

• Manage SOC testing and validation for Sat Ops systems

• Develop products for satellite operations and SCS integration

• Oversee SOC concepts of operation and administrative system development

• Provide engineering guidance to satellite controllers

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

• 6-9 years of Satellite Operations Engineering experience

• Knowledge in electronics and control systems

• Experience with software development in various platforms

• Strong analytical and real-time decision-making skills
